TechUnited is pleased to share that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) alongside KOSA, Tech Council Ventures, and BetterFutureLabs to support the expansion of Korean AI startups into the U.S. market.

The MOU was signed in New York as part of a public-private convening focused on global AI innovation, startup investment, and talent exchange. The agreement establishes a shared commitment among the participating organizations to strengthen cross-border collaboration and help Korean AI companies navigate market entry and growth in the eastern United States.

What the MOU covers

Under the MOU, the signatory organizations will work together to support Korean AI startups through:

  • Startup networking and investment connections

  • Talent, education, and knowledge exchange

  • Exploration of joint initiatives and collaboration models

  • Ecosystem-level cooperation across New Jersey and the broader U.S. East Coast

This agreement is intended to help create a stronger foundation for Korean AI companies seeking to operate, partner, and grow in the U.S. market .

Why this matters for New Jersey

As AI continues to reshape how companies are built and scaled, TechUnited’s role is to help ensure New Jersey remains a globally connected, competitive innovation ecosystem. Participating in this MOU reflects our belief that international collaboration and founder mobility are essential to long-term ecosystem strength.

By working alongside KOSA and Tech Council Ventures, TechUnited is helping build bridges between Korean AI innovators and U.S. operators, investors, and institutions – strengthening New Jersey’s position as a place where global AI companies can land, learn, and grow.
