Tell us more about your company or organization! For those getting to know you for the first time, share what you absolutely want them to know in 2-3 sentences.
Achala provides various cutting edge solutions in IoT, Big Data, Analytics, AI, Robotics and more. Our vision is to be the leading global technology enabler for innovative companies to help them focus on product innovation, customer acquisition and keeping their customers happy.
What are the top reasons you joined TechUnited? How can you help other members, and how can other members help you?
We want to leverage TechUnited to accelerate our growth journey through various strategic collaborations with New Jersey-based startups, and sharing our tech innovations with like-minded peers, corporates and investors. And as we open an office in NJ, we can also act as a role model or liaison for other local startups and SMBs trying to expand operations into the global market or India.
What motivated you to start your company or organization and how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Our journey started in 2009 to provide end-to-end technology solutions including product conceptualization, feature design, wireframe & prototype development, product development using the latest technologies, performance testing, and 24/7 support & maintenance services to various customers across the globe. We strategically offer clients flexible teams and cost-effective pricing models whether they are bootstrapped, angel/seed funded or VC funded, and invest in R&D to enable them to stay ahead of the curve.
What new technology are you excited about? And how do you stay innovative in your role?
Primarily innovations in the automotive and healthtech sectors. However, I am also excited about new technology innovations in AI, Cloud-computing, Web3.O, Metaverse, Blockchain, Hyperautomation, RPA, Robotics, and Industry 4.0.
What is that one piece of advice you would share with other entrepreneurship enthusiasts in the community?
Starting a business brings out many emotions in entrepreneurs, including passion, excitement, and impatience.
1. Have enough knowledge of industry trends and their challenges.
2. Do a proper analysis of market competition towards target areas/regions.
3. Make your product or service stand out.
4. And be confident and don’t give up no matter how tough and long the journey is.
What’s your go-to conversation starter or #1 fun fact about your company or career?
We have a long history of association with German auto companies such as BMW, VW, and Audi, which have propelled us to grow to a 250 employee company.
