Mentorship Meetup
Join the Cross River & TechUnited teams for a meetup on February 29th with a fireside chat about fundraising and startup growth – the area of focus for this cohort. Attendees will also get the chance to address business challenges with the group, hear pitches from local startups, and apply for the next mentorship cohort.
Previous and active cohort mentees are welcome to attend, as are mentees interested in applying to the Spring cohort.
This in-person event will be from 5:30-7:30PM at the Cross River HQ in Fort Lee. We look forward to seeing you there!

About the Cohort
Our cohorts empower those that build the future, specifically focusing on women and minority founders & small business owners in New Jersey.
Cohorts includes:
- Direct mentorship over three months.
- Group networking and education opportunities.
You will be partnered with a regional business leader. We will do our best to match you with a mentor that exemplifies the support you request. This cohort is tailored specifically towards the CEOs, founders and owners of startups and small businesses.

Mentee Requirements
- Own or operate a startup or small business in New Jersey.
- Commit to at least three hours of mentorship (virtual or in person)
- Reflect on and take advantage of 1:1 and group mentorship cohort activities.
